It’s never *fun* having to call up a septic company, but my husband and I have used aloha twice. Once to pump our septic when we sold our first home, and again for a more urgent need after moving back to the area and having our pump alarm go off. They were prompt and professional and we couldn’t have asked for a more polite and positive interaction. Kudos to Aloha for excellent customer service and doing a great job at fixing the problem in such a timely manner! Will certainly refer anyone in need to them!
