Septic systems require regular maintenance that includes inspection, pumping, and addressing abnormal issues before they become major issues. Signs your septic needs service include slow shower drains, a toilet that doesn’t flush normally, foul odors, standing or running water at the septic tank(s), and standing or running water on or around the drain field.

We troubleshoot your septic problem and provide you with a list of the corrective measures required to fix the issue. You will then be given a cost breakdown for the repairs.

Not all septic system have lids that rise to meet the grade. Those systems require digging to get to the septic’s lid off.

Aerobic Septic Inspection Contracts

State of Texas regulations require maintenance contracts for aerobic systems. This includes scheduled inspections throughout the year. Inspections provide an early warning when issues are arising. Repairing these issues protects the environment around your home and prolongs your system’s life.

Real Estate Septic Inspection

New homeowners may be required to conduct a septic inspection as part of the “License to Operate” property transfer. (Requirements vary and depend on which county the home is located in.) Septic system inspections vary since no two houses are alike. But all septic components must be checked to determine if the septic system IS or IS NOT in proper functioning condition.

Aloha Septic will inspect the whole of the septic system to verify that the panel, alarm, pump, piping, wiring, tank, valves, and disposal field are all in proper working condition. A written report will be provided following the inspection.
